
I like to use pre-roasted Rotisserie Chicken from the grocery. It's delicious in the dip and makes it easier to pull together the recipe.
You can swap out the cast iron skillet for a regular skillet.
Cast Iron Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients
2 pounds premade Rotisserie Chicken
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of garlic paste
2 tablespoons corn starch
1-2 jalapeños
1 cup whole milk
1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
1 cup Litehouse Jalapeno Ranch
Tortilla chips
Optional: Green onions as garnish
Cast Iron Buffalo Chicken Dip Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Shred premade Rotisserie Chicken.
Finely dice jalapeños.
Add chicken, oil, and jalapeños to a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes
Add milk, hot sauce, garlic paste, cornstarch, and ranch until there is a consistency of gravy (8-10 minutes)
Remove from heat. Add all of the cheese and stir.
Put into the oven for 15 minutes.
