Cast Iron Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

3 Meat Beer Chili

I like to use pre-roasted Rotisserie Chicken from the grocery. It's delicious in the dip and makes it easier to pull together the recipe.


You can swap out the cast iron skillet for a regular skillet.


Cast Iron Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients


  • 2 pounds premade Rotisserie Chicken

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 2 tablespoons of garlic paste

  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

  • 1-2 jalapeños

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce

  • 1 cup Litehouse Jalapeno Ranch

  • Tortilla chips


Optional: Green onions as garnish


Cast Iron Buffalo Chicken Dip Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Shred premade Rotisserie Chicken.

  3. Finely dice jalapeños.

  4. Add chicken, oil, and jalapeños to a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes

  5. Add milk, hot sauce, garlic paste, cornstarch, and ranch until there is a consistency of gravy (8-10 minutes)

  6. Remove from heat. Add all of the cheese and stir.

  7. Put into the oven for 15 minutes.
