Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Deviled Eggs with Bacon Ingredients
12 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
Fresh, well-done bacon crumbled to taste
2 Tablespoons dill
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Morton salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Deviled Eggs with Bacon Instructions
Place the eggs in a pot
Add enough cold water to cover the eggs by about an inch
Place the pot over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil
Stir in 1 teaspoon of baking soda (makes it easier to peel)
Once the water boils, lower the heat to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes
Transfer the cooked eggs to a bowl of iced water
Peel the eggs over cold running water
Place the eggs in the fridge for a few hours
After chilled, slice the eggs in half
Remove the yolk and place into a bowl with all of the ingredients
Mix all of the ingredients, whipping them to one smooth texture
Fill the eggs
