Homemade Chive and Dill Ranch Dressing

I ran into a professional chef at a wedding in Miami and bent his ear for nearly an hour collecting as many tips as I could. What follows is his recipe for homemade chive and dill ranch dressing, and it's delicious!

Chive and Dill Ranch Dressing Ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk

• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 6 tablespoons freshly minced chives (one bundle)

• 3 tablespoons freshly minced dill

• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon dried parsley

• 1 tablespoon dried chives

• 1 teaspoon peppers

• 1 tablespoon onion powder

• 1 tablespoon garlic powder

• 1 tablespoon morton salt

• 1/4 tablespoon finely cracked pepper

Chive and Dill Ranch Dressing Instructions

• Finely mince the chives and dill.

• Combine all ingredients and mix to taste.
