Homemade Thai Green Chili Ranch
I’m damn proud of this recipe I made from scratch. There’s a zing to it, so if spice is an issue you’ll want to avoid it. The following recipe makes about 24 ounces of salad dressing.
Thai Green Chili Ranch Dressing Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/8 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2-3 teaspoons Thai green chili peppers [adjust to spice level]
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon peppers
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon finely cracked pepper
Thai Green Chili Ranch Dressing Instructions
Mince the Thai green chili peppers as finely as possible, removing as many seeds as you can.
Combine all ingredients and mix to taste.
