4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Herb-Crusted Baked Chicken Instructions

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly with the marinade.
Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
