1 lb pork (thin chops)

1/2 onion, diced

1.5 cups diced carrots

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 stick butter

1/2 cup oyster sauce

3 tablespoons soy sauce

salt and pepper

1.5 cups frozen peas

2 eggs

4 cups cooked rice (refrigerated overnight)

Remove pork, slice into sticks

Add 1 tablespoon butter, carrots, onion, garlic, cook until soft, remove from heat

Add 2 tablespoons butter to pan, add cold rice and stir until warm

Add pork, vegetables, peas, and oyster sauce to pan until sizzling

Combine eggs and soy sauce, toss until some rice is crispy
