Weekly Meal Plan

My goal is to keep the recipes simple and the prep time minimal. Meal planning is a time-consuming task, which is why the recipes are linked directly to the one-pager to make them faster to find. 


Our five-person family strives to eat healthily. One of our children has a nut allergy, and another has a pescatarian diet to consider.
